These hood hinges were sent out for restoration, and have been thoroughly gone through and rebuilt to better than OEM specs. The old rivets were removed, all parts media blasted, holes were machined back to round, any bent framework was straightened, checked for cracks, and new custom sized quality rivets were pressed in and pre-lubricated. We do not paint these so that you can see the new rivets pressed in and there is no cracks. Be careful buying from others that slap a coat of paint on them that could hide the fact that not all rivets were replaced or hide any cracks. Please look at all pictures as they are part of the description. Vehicles in fitment chart are according to the Hollander Interchange manual. **THE HOOD IS OVERSIZED AND EXTREMELY HEAVY, SO FOR INSTALLATION PURPOSES, REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 3 PEOPLE, BEST TO HAVE 4 PEOPLE TO INSTALL IT. ONE PERSON SUPPORTING EACH CORNER CLOSEST TO THE WINDSHIELD AND ONE PERSON (OR 2 IF POSSIBLE) UP FRONT TO HOLD THE HOOD ON THE UPRIGHT POSITION. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN BENDING THE HOOD HINGE.**
