This OEM instrument cluster was removed from a clean running and driving 1965 Cadillac Deville that came from an estate sale without a title. We were able to road test the car up and down the block. The temp & fuel gauges appeared to have been functional, but since they are over 55 years old, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, so consider them free with the purchase of the speedometer. Speedometer was tested in the car and bench tested out of the car using a cable on a drill (please view video). You can also view the odometer and tripometer functioning. The speedometer/cluster is cosmetically very clean and presentable as near show quality. The majority of the white lettering/numbering are clean and bright white, the plastic lens covering as average light scratches from being wiped and cleaned for the last 50 years, The backer has your typical surface rust, as the backer was bare metal from the factory, and the surface rust is uniform from the humidity where it was stored. This was removed from a 1965 Cadillac Deville, but may fit other vehicles listed in compatibility chart; fitment verified by Hollander Interchange 40 and Cadillac Master Parts List 9.761 but please do your own research as we do not offer refunds if it does not fit your vehicle.
