This is a factory hydroboost unit that has been professionally rebuilt in the USA to factory specs. This is rebuilt in the USA by an old school rebuilder, not a cheap assembly line rebuilder. Includes the factory bottom support plate and includes the piston and retaining ring, ready to mount the master cylinder right up. Mounting plate and bottom tray were touched up lightly with a gold cad paint. Factory tray has pitting from being over 45 years old. Price includes a refundable $300 core fee, refund given upon receipt of your good rebuildable core (see core return details for full info). All lines going to the hydroboost/power steering should be flushed, drained and replaced with new fluid and filter. Power steering filter should be replaced. If you need the part number for a power steering filter it is #991-FLT2, which you can get at your local parts store. Hollander #650. Please look at all pictures as they are part of the description. Core must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt, no exceptions, and must be a good rebuildable core (meaning the internal components cannot be frozen, rotted through, heavily rusted, heavily pitted etc.). Core must include all components, same as you are receiving order to get core credit (piston, retaining ring, etc.) If you're uncertain, you can always send us a pictures of your core first. Core must be the of the exact style hydroboost for the 1976-1978 Cadillac, same as the one you are receiving (again, if you are not sure what you have you can email us first).
