This OEM passenger side exhaust manifold heat riser flange is in very good to excellent condition. It does pull back to close the flap when vacuum is applied with a hand pump, and does hold vacuum. The flange is in good condition, was sandblasted and painted with a high heat exhaust manifold paint, and checked for cracks, no visible cracks seen. This was removed from a 1976 Cadillac Deville with a 500 engine, but may fit other vehicles listed in compatibility chart; fitment is verified by Cadillac Master Parts List 3.610, please do your own research as we do not offer refunds if it does not fit your vehicle.
