This OEM passenger side exhaust manifold heat riser flange is in good condition. The vacuum portion of this is not holding vacuum, it does pull back to close the flap when vacuum is applied with a hand pump, but does not hold vacuum. The flange is in good condition, was sandblasted and painted with a high heat exhaust manifold paint, and checked for cracks, no visible cracks seen. Please look at all the pics as they are a part of the description. This was removed from a 1979 Cadillac Deville with a 425 engine, but may fit other vehicles listed in compatibility chart; fitment is verified by Cadillac Master Parts List 3.140, #5233185; please do your own research as we do not offer refunds if it does not fit your vehicle.
